On Thursday 20 April 2023, H.E. OM Macthearith, Director General of General Department of Public-Private Partnerships and officials, accompanied H.E. Dr. PHAN Phalla, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in chairing a kick-off inter-ministerial meeting on “Technical Working Group for Assessing Fiscal Commitments and Contingent Liabilities arising from PPP Projects”, participated by H.E. Secretary of State, H.E. Under Secretary of State, and H.E. Director General, representatives of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Electricite du Cambodge, and the Secretariat of State for Civil Aviation and the General Departments under MEF.
