Solicited Projects

Solicited Project refers to the PPP Project that has been proposed, prepared and advocated by the Implementing Agency, and has the potential to be implemented under the PPP mechanism.  If the Project is approved by the Royal Government, the Implementing Agency shall issue a request for proposal for the selection of the Private Partner pursuant to Chapter VI of the PPP Law.
