On Tuesday 10th October 2023, H.E. Om Macthearith, Director General of the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP) and colleagues from GDPPP, accompanied H.E. Meas Soksensan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), to chair the meeting with the representatives from Asian Development Bank (ADB), to discuss about the opportunities for PPP projects in Cambodia, which participated by Mr. Winfried F. Wicklein, Director General of Southeast Asia Department of ADB, Ms. Jyotsana Varma, Country Director of ADB and the colleagues from ADB.
