On Friday, 8th July 2022, H.E DR. PHAN PHALLA, Secretary of State of The Ministry of Economy and Finance accompanied by H.E OM MACTHEARITH, Director General of General Department of Public-Private Partnerships ( GDPPP) and GDPPP officers, participated in the IMC meeting to review and discuss on the draft SOP Volume III on Procurement Manual.
