The Ministry of Economy and Finance co-organize with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the Ministry of Tourism will host an investor seminar on “The Operations and Maintenance - O&M of Kampot Tourism Port through the Public-Private Partnerships” which will be held on August 17th, 2023, 08:30 am, at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh and via Video-Online Conference. This investor seminar will be participated by the invited local, regional, international port, and tourism ferry operators and other interested private investors in relevant sectors to discuss and provide comments on this occasion for developing coastal tourism in Kampot and Kep provinces and connecting sea tourism in Cambodia with Koh Tral (Phu Quoc) in Vietnam, and a chain of other islands within the region.
This workshop will be presided over by His Excellency Om Macthearith, Director General of General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP) of Ministry of Economy and Finance. This investor seminar will also provide further information on the project opportunity; the market; operational and technical requirements; bidder requirements; and expected project timing.
