Project description: The four-lane expressway starts at the west side of Phnom Penh connecting with the ring road of the city, and goes southwest through Kandal, Kampong Speu, and Koh Kong provinces and finally to Sihanoukville, the deep-sea port of Cambodia. The total length of the expressway is 187.05 km. The project is also the first expressway in operation in Cambodia.
