Selection of Transaction Advisor:
The Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, as the Implementing Agency, intends to develop the Sihanoukville Smart Parking Project (the “Project”) through the Public-Private Partnerships mechanism.
The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Project was tasked with the selection of a consulting firm from the Panel of Consulting Firms (IDC Panel) to provide Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) for the Project, which includes 2 phases:
- Phase 1: Finalization of the Feasibility Study
- Phase 2: Assistance in the Bidding Process until the Financial Close
The result of the Selection Process is summarized as follows:
- Firms that submitted proposals: Out of a total of five shortlisted firms, one firm submitted their proposal for this Project: CRISIL Limited.
- Firms that secured the minimum technical score: CRISIL Limited
- Selected firm for the assignment: CRISIL Limited
- Date of contract award: 23rd April 2024
- Contract value: USD 245 686, inclusive of all taxes and duties.
