On Wednesday 26th April 2023 at Sofitel Hotel, The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in cooperation with the World Bank prepared and conducted a 3 days training program on the assessment and management of fiscal commitments and contingent liabilities under Public-Private Partnerships projects (PPP), focusing on the PPP Fiscal Risk Assessment Model (PFRAM) to support the implementation and monitoring of PPP Projects in Cambodia, participated by the General Departments of the MEF.
